[Sca-cooks] OT&OOP-Cranberrie

The absolute be-all, end-all thing I've seen done with cranberries was a
cranberry-pecan pie...a standard pecan pie with cranberries mixed in. The
cranberries cut the sweetness usually associated with pecan pie, creating an
absolutely scrumptious pie. Unfortunately, the lady who made them here in
our town had to close her bakery and move back home to care for her mother
who was dying of cancer. Maybe one of these days, when I feel like really
flaunting my sugar restrictions, I'll see if I can find a recipe for it.
