Haven't really eaten any of them yet, actually; but I did roast a  
turkey and all that, yesterday (we generally spend the Thanksgiving  
weekend running around like maniacs, talking to friends and relatives,  
and do very little serious eating until we're at home, Saturday or  
Sunday), so I know everything was quite fresh. Maybe it was the  
tryptophane?
