[Sca-cooks] deep freeze question

It depends on how deep the deep freeze is.  And how well it was sealed.

If your freezer does a really hard freeze and it was frozen when you 
put it in it should be good.  I've cured my wife of a Thanksgiving 
turkey addiction where she'd get 4 a year.  I think we are down to 
our last one.
