Just....wow.  One of the names mentioned is Oprah's personal chef, Art
Smith.  Art Smith???  Geez.  Thirty years he was a little-heard-of local lad
(Tallahassee, FL), who was only too glad to do a demo for a Garden Circle.
He taught us about doing magical things with marzipan (who knew THAT little
bit of erudition would come in handy lo these many years later?).
