[Sca-cooks] Couple of quick questions for the list....

1. If you know what the name of the restaurant is, you might try looking 
for reviews
or see if they have a website with more information. Often these 
signature salads are described
or reviewed with lists of ingredients.
2. I would think this is the wine. You might run a search and see if any 
other recipes call for it and how it
is used in other recipes. Are spices also included? That might be a clue.
3. Go for something that sells and that people will pay $$$$ for-- 
something chocolate or cheesecake maybe.
The goal is to make money. Good luck
