[Sca-cooks] OOP: Instant Coffee

I have a little jar of instant espresso that I keep for flavoring.  I 
wouldn't use it for a beverage except in case of extreme caffeine emergency. 
I don't know about the respective qualities of the cheaper brands, because I 
wouldn't touch them--I doubt any of them are organic, and I'm only drinking 
organic coffee these days.  Haven't replaced my little jar of instant, 
yet....
