Sounds great! Now I just need to get a class idea to you. My 2 favorite topics are taken already (feast planning, and Kiri's class Asian/Turkish/Mongol. Serves me right for waiting this long). Maybe I can do just Sung Dynasty Chinese Restaurants and Banquets, or dumplings from multiple cultures (hands on), or carbonadoes. Thoughts? :) Gwyneth B.
