There's an orchard here in Michigan that grows a lot of period varieties.  And they ship!

However, there was a spread on the orchard in Martha Stewart this fall, so they may be inundated.

You could peruse their website, and call and ask, though.  There's also a mail-order tree company called "Trees of Antiquity."  You might call and ask if there are any commercial orchards they supply whose contact info they'd be willing to share.
