[Sca-cooks] OOP: Instant Coffee

I have some recipes that call for instant espresso and I have some of the packets in my pantry.  I'd use those if I needed instant coffee.  And I don't remember the brand, just something I found in a local grocery.  If I remember rightly, there is a small jar of the instant expresso as well.  I like strong coffee (flavor) so this works for me.
