I pressure can all the time...and reuse jars.   What you can't  use is 
"commercial" jars such as recycled mayonnaise jars and such.  If you  use the jars 
made for canning (Ball, etc.) you can reuse and pressure can every  years.   I 
mostly consolidated my garden produce by making peppers,  onions and tomatos 
for on hot sausage sandwichs and pressure canned them in pint  jars to give to 
my sons.
