I cannot provide any SCA-period dessert dishes with meat, but i did 
post quite a few modern ones - with bacon - during Pennsic (unless 
i've lost the idea here and this was in response to those posts)

I'll gladly send these recipes to anyone who's interested and missed 
the first time i posted, but please contact me off-list, since i
