[Sca-cooks] Synonym Assistance

I've looked at several of my books since this am.
Marianna Yerasimos in her book
leaves Zerde as Zerde for instance. I suspect that you could leave the term
as Paluze in perhaps italics. Then in a glossary entry explain it.
