Here's someone with a brain in his head - what an excellent idea!  I've 
made a photocopy of the article, and will try to get it scanned, at which 
point I can send it to Stefan and anyone who is interested can get it from 
the Florilegium.  Always assuming Stefan thinks that appropriate in 
copyright terms.  If not, I will renew my offer to send it anyone interested.
