My camp is less than a full block away from the A&S tents, and I would love to host one of the cooking gatherings.  I have a raised fire pit and a Scappi style spit set up (with two long spit rods and corresponding prongs), and we could also do something beside it for coals.  I am Land Agent, and have other folks in camp who love to cook, so it wouldn't be a hardship on us at all <smile>.  I also have some pottery cookware that I haven't broken in yet.
