[Sca-cooks] OOP Easter Dinner

Well, Easter dinner for us has always been:

Ham with pineapple rings/juice
Roasted Asparagras (Asparagras with olive oil coating, salt and pepper under the broiler for five minutes)
Spring peas (boiled - served plain)
Boiled new potatoes with skin left on - served dripping with with butter and chives sprinkled over
Hard Boiled eggs (duh) served in their colored shell
Deviled Eggs (more duh) served on top of crunched colored shells
Cupcakes(Yellow cake with white frosting and multi-colored sprinkles)

I think my mom always got rid of at least a dozen hard-boiled eggs on Easter day.  Never mind the fact that we only made up two dozen for a family of six.  And they were always all gone by mid-week.
