[Sca-cooks] Article on summer food safety

I don't have one of those. Thought about it but--
What I do have is an assortment
of meat, candy, digital, etc. thermometers in the drawer here.
I really like the one digital which came from Betty Crocker
but it has a drawback in that you must take the batteries out or it runs
them down. It allows you to set a temperature on the digital readout, place
the probe in the pan or in the meat and it will be beep when it reaches that
temp. Very handy for candy.
