I do not know how to form my question but in the bibliography of my 
forthcoming book I have to cite Florigium messages and et  SCA messages. 
Stefan says I should establish a rule and put his as Stefan and then his 
real name in (Mark -). I am wondering if we should group Floriguim msgs 
all together

or if I should put everything under the contributor´s name - Bear or 
Terry - whoever she wants to be known as
