[Sca-cooks] How was Pennsic?

There is, but it's not availabvle for things like trips to the porta
castle, which were on foot, up a steep little hill, or trips to the
shower. And, when we went to try to schedule a couple of trips for her
to work for Devra, they told us they weren't scheduling trips then.

The buses were VERY irregular, with no place for people to sit and
wait. We waited for over an hour, more thn once- only reason we got
her where she needed to be a couple times was because we managed to
flag down handicapped services on the fly.

And, while, of you look on the map, we're nt very far from the barn,
the map doesn't show that f'ing hill, which is just as steep as
Runestone Hill, whick is often referred to as Heart Attack hill. I can
walk up them, but on the occasions when I had to do it more than once
a day, I wasn't much good for anything else.

I did mnage to pull off n efficient usage of buses that gave her a bit
of a thrill ;-) We got bus, that took us up the hill nd over into
paid parking, where we dismounted. I hustled her back across the road
in through the West Gate, and down to a shop where there were a couple
of T-shirts she wanted to buy and back up to the bus stop by the
merchant area, and we got there in time to catch the same bus again
after its trip through te B camping area and out to archery. She
thought that was great fun, having spent much of Pennsic waiting for
buses that took forever to appear ;-)
