[Sca-cooks] Hummus and Simsim

Duke Cariadoc, i believe you mentioned making a recipe from ibn 
Sayyar al-Warraq that involved chickpeas (hummus) and sesame 
(simsim)... tahini? oil? a month or three ago, which called for 
making patties of the ingredients, then further processing the 
ingredients, although i may be misremembering the details.

Because the indices in Nasrallah's book are not set up well for 
cooks, i spent a great deal of time reading from chapter to chapter 
(which was, of course, a great pleasure), but i did not find a recipe 
using both chickpeas and tahini.

Please remind me where you found this recipe - page number or at 
least chapter would be helpful.
