sauce recipes with blood, especially German recipes, ... >>


If you search for "Schweiß", "Schweiss" (the old word for blood) and similar forms in the German recipes on the web, you get a lot of hits.

Try a google search with "Schweiß site:www.uni-giessen.de/gloning" 

or "Schweiss site:www.uni-giessen.de/gloning"

However, you will have to sort out the items, where "schweiß" is a verb form meaning roast, heat.
