[Sca-cooks] cubeb question

I use them in place of black pepper when making risotto. 

When making mujaddara, I add ground cubebs to the onions as they caramelize (a bit of cardamom, too).

When I saute chicken parts for a more Middle Eastern-type dish, I add cubebs. 

If I use cubebs in a dish, I usually wind up grinding some white pepper into there too. It's just something that I do.
