[Sca-cooks] Coriander Juice???

A quick google search mentions corriander leaves - which are also known as
cilantro.  If you juice cilantro leaves you will definately get green
juice.  Perhaps this is what they are referencing.

It's not a period source but here is a modern recipe for corriander juice:
