schwarma-style ... and I make the Pitas ... so I get the size, shape, and thinckness I want.

 

It amazed me how easy Pita bread is to make.  I had no idea, always thought (silly me) that something so good had to be difficult to accomplish until last year when I couldnt find them in the grocery store anymore.
