You could dedicate one cooler to meats and use dry ice instead of regular ice. One of my campmates did that last year, and kept rabbits he brought from Maine frozen the entire time at Pennsic. Granted, he was there only the last week plus a couple days, and did go out to get more mid-way through his stay, but it did keep those little guys totally frozen. Just a thought.
