Aislinn, are you around?

A good long while ago, I seem to recall that it was you who posted 
Natasha Varenka's Honey Cake recipe.  I wanted to double check the oven 
temperature.  Is it really 275 F?  That seems low to me, but I have no 
experience using honey in baking except for one bread recipe.  And 
roughly how long does it take to approach golden brown?
