I have an herbal (modern)/cookbook (with lovely recipes for things like
clover, cattail shoots, bracken fern, devil's club and other wild plants)
that recommends another book for having recipes which allow you to use those
giant zucchini as food:

"The Zucchini Cookbook," by Paula Simmons

I remember someone asking last year about recipes for these, so I thought
I'd pass that along to those of you who garden.  Amazon has a copy for a
penny....$4 shipping....
