[Sca-cooks] OOP: beginner's bread books

I have "The Bread Bible" and it's wonderful. Shows step by step, tells you
how different washes work (butter, water, egg, etc.) It's my go-to for
regular bread baking. I'll find all the info (ISBN#) tonight and try to
remember to send it along. My head is currently in the "finish the wedding
cakes I'm making and pack for Pennsic" mode but I will do my best.
