The Namron A&S Minister has hustled me into doing a manchet demo next month 
for one of her A&S coffee klatches.  As a result, I'm reworking the recipe 
based on revised information about standard weights and measures at the 
time.  My wife and friends will have to suffer through the recipe trials.
