[Sca-cooks] Menagier translations

[Guenievre de Monmarche]

I'm reading the new one right now, but hadn't gotten to the cooking sections
yet. This one's a complete translation, cookbooks, morals, random poetry and
all.  At least the introduction says that it includes everything, anyway.
