[Sca-cooks] Bacon

I'm assuming that you are working with recipe 25:  Wollt ihr gute Bratwu:rst 
machen from Valoise Armstrong's translation.  The term translated as "bacon" 
is "Speck."  While Speck commonly refers to bacon, it also translates as 
(whale) blubber or fat.  The translation does not specifically call for pork 
fat, but salt pork would probably fit the recipe.
