[Sca-cooks] Looking for a herb book

HI! 
 I know I've been quiet, and truth be told I'm a 1000 e-mails behind . . . .
BUT, my sister showing off her herbs, sighed about wishing she had a (cook)
book to teach her how to use all the wonderful herbs she is growing in So.
CA.  Perused B&N last night after knitting, but nothing really stood out.
So my friendly fellow cooks, and you wonderful Librarians, can you suggest a
cookbook that showcases herbs?  Her birthday is in August, so I have time to
plan.
