[Sca-cooks] A Most Delicious Book

Greetings to the list!

I have just finished a most delicious book called
"The Book Of Unholy Mischief" by Elle Newmark.
It begins in 1498 Venice when the Doges chef
Amato Ferrero* rescues young orphan Luciano
and begins to train him in Amato's kitchen.
The descriptions of the food made my stomach 
rumble!  Course, there's more to the story
than cookery and some liberties are take with
the timeline but it was very yummy..er...good.
The *?  Well there is a renowned Chef Amato Ferrero
in current times and he just happens to be
the authors father.  Thought some of you might
enjoy this book.
