[Sca-cooks] Pie-Raising Video

Greetings!  The Tudor Cook has posted a new video - making a hand-raised 
pie.  Their desire was to produce a pie with more uniform sides, quick 
to make, and similar in conformation to a pie made by someone else.  The 
video is on http://tudorcook.blogspot.com .  He contrasts this version 
with an earlier one which can be seen on YouTube via the link on the 
blogspot page.  The new version does seem to be an improvement in technique.
