Yeah, well, as I recall it was a question answered on a dismal Sunday 
morning and all I did was quote Giacosa, whose work I was reading at the 
time.

I was working then, so I never got to trying the recipe.  Now I'm doing an 
imitation of Bob the Builder and still don't have time.
