There is a book (The Elixirs of Nostradamus) which I have some copies of. It includes two books: book one is a variety of recipes for lotions and creams and oils and hair dyes, book two is a variety of preserving recipes, i.e., candied walnuts, cherries, quinces. No mention of vinegars, although there is one called 'A composition for maintaining the health of the human body'.....

Ah well. This is obviously not his entire body of work.
