There was an old article in, I think, "The Rolling Scone," describing 
the feast Elizabeth and I did at Thirty Year, from the perspective of 
one of the volunteers. It was quite fascinating seeing it from the 
other side, so to speak, in particular quite a perceptive view of the 
different roles she and I played.

So the first step, to be taken well in advance, is to marry 
Elizabeth. Unfortunately for you and fortunately for me, that's no 
longer an option available to new head cooks.
