Just a small humorous note on food allergies.

At New Years I have a very large party and have a spread sheet on
everyone's allergies.
I take great care to serve my friends only food that they can eat.
This is only 60 people and I have lots of flexibility so I can really
take care.
Well this year I had a person who gave me their list of allergies but
when they arrived couldn't eat one of the courses (there were 12 so
it wasn't to big a problem) because he was allergic to Rosehips.
He said to me "Who serves Rosehips!"
Well I do! That's why I ask for ALL allergies.
No Rosehip sorbet for him! :)
