I did pancakes and pancake customs for my February Pale article and
Hares for the March Pale
(answering that question why is a hare mad in March). But I didn't do
Easter for my April article.

In case people weren't aware, I do write articles for a number of
printed Society publications. It isn't all
e mail lists and research for people on these lists, and contributing
articles to group files or the Florilegium.
Besides The Pale, I also still write for
Tournaments Illuminated, and various kingdom arts and sciences journals.
I have articles in the current
issues of Ars Caidis and in The Oak for Atlantia.

I've contributed and had published something over 150 articles in the
past eight years.

Traditionally Easter was always a non-event weekend in the Society.
Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving
were those off weekends. Have people created big period feasts for
events on Easter weekend?
If so, what was served? Did you serve it on Easter Saturday which should
still be a fast day or did you
serve the traditional foods of Easter Sunday on Saturday?
-----------

Whan that Aprille with his shoures soote The droghte of March hath
perked, to the roote,

Of Engelond, to Caunturbury they wende, The hooly blisful martir for to
seke,

I do know what I'll be doing this Easter Sunday however. We plan to be
at Hampton Court Palace.
We are also going to Canterbury Easter week.
