Okay, yes, the SCA-Cooks numbering system has started over at least  
once.
Vol. 21 Issue 2 and Vol. 21 Issue 4 are both dated 2/1/05, so Vol. 21  
Issue 3 must be also. Unfortunately while I still have copies of both  
of these, I don't have a copy of Vol. 21 issue 3 in that numbering  
sequence.
