[Sca-cooks] Honey Butter

I joined in 1973 (yes I will be starting on my 37th year this
summer) and honey butter was already being served at feasts
here in the Middle Kingdom. It was standard fare in fact.
So it predates not-so Fabulous Feasts and Pleyn Delit and Lorna Sass.
