the topic of cooking for specific food intolerances and dietary
concerns, including Celiac Spru/Gluten Intolerance, Diabetes/Glycemic
Watchers, and followers of the American Heart/Stroke Association diets. The
major food allergies that are addressed are Monosodium glutamate (MSG),
Sodium Bisulfite/Sodium sulfite, Nuts/Peanuts, and

 The editorial staff are looking for reviewers for this
manuscript.  Potential reviewers should have extensive knowledge of the
