[Sca-cooks] Sugar free honey

I ordered a case of the stuff from a seller at Amazon.com.  Seems like it
was about $36.00 for 12 "honey bears".  The taste is good, though it is a
bit thinner than real honey.  Unfortunately, it doesn't have fewer calories,
but is much better for the glycemic index.

So, when looking for a recipe for sugar free pecan pie (have three diabetics
at Thanksgiving) I found one that listed sugar free honey.  Any ideas?
