< I just signed up to the list a few weeks ago and I am Master
Basilius Phocas (aka Charles A. Potter in Lexingrton KY) of
the Middle. If you want I can send a recipe from the
Libro Novo using barberries.

<< Yes, please! I'd be delighted to have a recipe to try these in. Is
in the Messibugo translations I bought from you?

---------------
Thank you for the recipes, Master Basilius. It can be interesting how
things happen. When I asked you if you were new to this list, it was
because I didn't recognize "Charles Potter", not realizing that
Raffaella had posted a review to your book back in August. I had had
to skip that digest and didn't get a chance to read it until this past
Saturday, at which point I immediately saved Raffaella's review and
edited it for the Florilegium, so others would also know of what turns
out to be your CD.
Anyway, for those who missed the review the first time, it is now
online in the FOOD-BOOKS section of the Florilegium as:
Messisbugo-rev (6K) 11/15/09 A review of Charles Potter's
translation of
Messisbugo by Raphaella DiContini.

Master Basilius, if you have any more pieces of work, such as articles
or bibliographies or translations, I would love to consider them for
the Florilegium. My standard policy is that the copyright remains with
the author and I will accept updates or removal requests at any time.
