I don't agree it's the whole herb garden. But what i do see is a 
small selection of seasonings used over and over, often in the 
identical combination.

When cooking i try to balance flavors so that the dishes taste good 
and do not use the ingredients in the same proportions.

Asafoetida (asafetida), called Hing in South Asian markets.
