20 pieces seems a little ambitious... I think I might get 12-16 on a 
good day, if it were a 9" pie and not too shallow.

Of course, in general, one of the simplest things you can do to increase 
enjoyment of platter-service or buffet meals *is* to cut food into small 
portions.
