I was talking with some folks at the pub after baronial fight practice last night, and they were intrigued by the prospect. They asked if we could do Chinese Imperial. I was amused. Why yes, yes we could. Pick a dynasty, dim sum is at least Sung dynasty (10-13th century CE) if not earlier. :) Gwyneth
