It's called cheeses, almonds, cracknels, at one place.

In Schneider's Still Life, he notes that cheese was a common food that  
came to be served as part of dessert.
Cheese also might be seen as food of immortality.. solidified milk and  
Christ is of course "Heavenly milk." Cheeses with the rich yellow  
colors were young cheeses, while the older mature cheeses were smaller  
generally and more brownish.

I've done a dessert table based on these Dutch table paintings. The  
tough part is the suitable china.
The glassware is available these days, although it's expensive.
