[Sca-cooks] bread crumbs for feasts

For regular use I just keep a replenished supply. I use whatever is
around including leftover matzoh. For feasts when I know I'll be
needing a lot I'll make it with loaves of bread. White or wheat
whatever. I don't dry it in the oven I just lay the slices out and
turn them over a couple of times and then process in the food
processor. If they need to be drier then I toast them. I'd say I get
at least 3 cups per 1# loaf.
