Weird questions are fine, AFAIAC, but sometimes, as you can see, they  
lead to weird answers.

Seriously, though, were I you I'd look at Scappi or Platina for  
vegetable tortes. Some of them involve eggs and cheese in addition to  
vegetables, but some may involve almond milk instead, so it's kind of  
like creamed vegetables in a pie shell. Good stuff...
