I don't make or eat brownies. My husband likes the Betty Crocker mixes
when he wants them.

Marcel Desaulniers has really good recipes for them in his various  
chocolate cookbooks.
I just came across the news that his Trellis Restaurant is closing in  
Williamsburg.
Not more Death by Chocolate!
